The Development Facilities at Gurgaon provide the offshore component to these engagements and are backed by high-speed communication links and dedicated server facilities in USA and India. The offshore components form the hub for several outsourced projects on IT Design & Development, Maintenance, Production Support and Hosting, as well as Transaction-based Processes & Voice Processes.

IGT has aligned its delivery approach for Galileo with distinct delivery structures to address the GDS provider's operations in the America, Australia and International (Europe) markets. For each market, our teams manage multiple onsite and offshore project engagements across legacy and open systems platforms, as well as highly specialized rules coding processes.

IGT similarly services United Airlines globally – providing international call center services as well running its critical Mileage Plus frequent flyer program for locations across Europe and Asia – with multi-lingual operations in French, German, Chinese & English.
